Shipping & Delivery

     In accordance with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization and International Air Transport Association, all dangerous articles such as perfumery, essential oils and other liquid products are not admissible for posting by air. AromaNation.com has worked long and hard to find a suitable solution. We are happy to announce that finally we are ready. Currently for all international orders we use one of the most respected names in the international courier service - DHL.

     For orders which do not include essential and/or other liquids we may opt for a different international courier services, such as FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.

     Because essential oils and other liquids are classified as hazardous goods when shipped by air, air-shipments may be un-available to certain destinations. If your country is not in the drop down list it means currently we are unable to deliver to your destination. Please be assured that we are working relentlessly to extend our reach.     

     AromaNation.com takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur during shipping process. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without proper notification, we ship products without insurance.

Important: Upon receipt of your goods, please check the contents of your delivery against the enclosed invoice.

 

Import duties

     International customers may be subject to import duties, which are levied once your order arrives in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne fully by you since we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

     Customs policies vary from country to country and you must contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay any such charges and your order is returned to us, you will be charged for all costs incurred in connection with this return plus our original shipping charge to your address.

     We use DHL as our primary delivery company. Please find below the summary of the shipping rates:

Important: We do not deliver to - A.P.O. Box (USA), P.O. Box, parcel locker or hotel addresses.

 

Dispatch notification

     We will send a notification email to you after we have dispatched your order. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days. You can expect to receive this email within 3 - 5 business days. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number.

     If you do not receive the dispatch notification email within 5 days, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please check your folder named "Junk", "Spam" or "Filtered/Blocked". As well please add sales@AromaNation.com and newsletter@AromaNation.com to your address book.

 

Delivery time

     Usually your order will be processed by the next business day and dispatched the following day unless there is a problem with your payment verification. Please note that since order processing cut-off time is 3:30 pm, due to the logistic arrangements, orders verified beyond that time will be processed by the next business day. Please note that AromaNation.com business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (GMT +8 / excluding public holidays).

     AromaNation.com strives to provide efficient delivery service, however delivery time may vary due to reasons beyond our control such as: destination country regulations, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and holidays (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter, etc.). AromaNation.com has no control over these events and can not be hold responsible for any delays.

     Since some of the EU customs including UK, France, Germany, Spain and several others may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time for some orders may take more than 10 days.

 

Tracking orders

     As an AromaNation.com customer you will be able to track the status of your order. Ones your order is completed, you will receive a notification email from us. Inside you will find your tracking number and the shipping method used. Alternatively you can log into your account and open your order. Inside you will find the relevant information. Unless otherwise specified, please go to www.DHL.com to track your order(s).

 

Customs & Taxes

     When ordering from AromaNation.com you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. AromaNation.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

      By pressing “Continue” to place your order, you accept the responsibility for the import duties and/or taxes, additional charge and Import declaration for custom clearance. If you have not been able to complete the aforementioned and the package is subsequently returned to AromaNation.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.

NOTE: As import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must comply with the laws and requirements of the country, we MUST provide the product value for the customs clearance. In addition, some of the countries requested to attach the product details with value outside the parcel, thus, we will NOT amend the product value in any circumstances.

 

Order Cancellations  

     You can cancel your order within 4 hours without any cancellation fees. If for any reason you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately.

     Orders cancelled after they have been processed will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

     If an order is returned to us due to customer refusal to pay taxes or unable to comply with import regulations, customer will be responsible for the returned shipping fee, resend shipping fee and /or 15% re-stocking fee for order cancellation. "First-time Purchase" reminder

     If this is your first time ordering from us, please note that the order processing time may be slightly longer due to the payment verification process. To review your order status, please simply login to "My account".

 

Undeliverable orders

     Occasionally orders are returned to us due to incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay taxes/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations, etc. When the delivery company returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping and handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.

     We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. You will be charged again for the re-shipping. Re-shipping fee will be based on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
