15 days Goods Return Policy

     We want you to be completely happy with your purchase; if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange on any item returned to us within 15 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are still in their original packaging, undamaged, and in an unused condition.

     If an error has been made by us on your order, we will gladly pay for return shipping.

     While we understand that you may need to open a product to evaluate it, for reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to accept the return of any product that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap or box). All returned goods will be closely examined upon receipt in accordance with our policy.

     Items that are indicated as “samples” and “free gifts” cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. As well we can not accept returns of any discount, clearance or sales product that AromaNation.com has already stated as non-returnable.

     Please note that we do not accept returns of any product that is returned more than 15 days after receipt.

 

Exchange Policy

     All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply following our Return Procedures.

     We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.

     In case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

 

Return Procedures:  

Send your returning items to us in just a few simple steps:

     Step 1 - Please contact us to receive RAN (return authorization number). Returns without this number may be refused at the cost of the shipper. Please provide us with your Order Number, indicate returned products and the reason for your return.

     Step 2 - Pack and wrap the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in the same packaging in which you received it. You will need to ensure that your returned goods are packaged well, since we are unable to offer refunds on returns that have been damaged in any way during transit. We cannot accept liability for packages lost or damaged during transit; therefore, you are advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Note that all return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

     Step 3 - Send the returning items to the address we will provide you together with your RAN.

Please note that the products that are returned due to quality issues will be refunded or credited ONLY after a quality control inspection is carried out on the returned item(s). Similarly, the cost of the return freight will only be refunded if the quality of the returned item(s) was deemed unacceptable.

 

Refund Policy

     Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items as indicated in the Goods Return Policy can not be refunded, nor returned.

     We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return (unless we made a mistake with your order). We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

 

Refund Timeline

     Refund will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Refund process usually takes between 2-4 weeks. However, refund request is only available within 30 days from the payment transaction date.

 

Undeliverable Orders

     Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

     When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.

     We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. You will be charged again for the re-shipping. Re-shipping fee will be based on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
